Fire Hydrant Inspection App Privacy Policy

The JFRD Hydrant Inspection mobile application ("JFRD Inspection") is used by authorized City of Jacksonville (COJ) personnel to manage and inspect fire hydrants. This Privacy Policy describes how information is collected, used, and protected when using the App.

• User Authentication Data: Email address and credentials used to sign in.
• Location Data: Device location used to display hydrants, support navigation, and assist with inspections.
• Inspection Data: Hydrant inspection details entered by the user, including updates and new hydrant records.
• Device Sensors: Compass and orientation data to support map navigation.

The App does not share personal or inspection data with third parties. All data remains within City of Jacksonville-managed systems.

The App is intended for authorized COJ users only. Access requires valid credentials.
